Coming soon.

Our new website will be live soon. In the meantime, here is a short introduction to what Invrida can do for you.

Former Autarco customer?

Do you have a solar installation through Autarco and ended up here because you noticed Invrida has taken over the software? Below we briefly and honestly explain what happened, what changes for you, and where to turn.

About the acquisition

+What exactly happened to Autarco?

Autarco was declared bankrupt. During the bankruptcy, the software branch — including the monitoring platform and the MyAutarco app — was acquired by Invrida through an agreement with the trustee. The hardware activities (sales of inverters, batteries, panels) are not part of that acquisition.

+Who is Invrida?

Invrida is a new, independent software company, founded to continue and further develop the monitoring and design software from the Autarco stack. We are not a continuation of Autarco as a whole — we specifically acquired the software rights so we can keep delivering monitoring for existing users.

+Am I now automatically an Invrida customer?

No, not legally. Your original contract with Autarco ended due to the bankruptcy. That said, we want to make sure you can keep seeing what your installation is producing. That's why we took over the monitoring service and kept it running — without you needing to do anything right now.

+What changes for me as a former Autarco customer?

In the short term, you'll mainly notice that the name and logo change: from Autarco to Invrida. Behind the scenes we're working on a renewed app and portal. For hardware matters (such as warranty claims on your inverter) more changes — see "Warranty & hardware" below.

Monitoring & MyAutarco app

+Does my MyAutarco app still work?

At the moment, monitoring still runs on the same infrastructure. We are rebuilding the app under the Invrida name. During that transition, parts may temporarily behave differently or be unavailable. As soon as a new version is ready, we'll let you know how to switch over.

+Can I still log in with my existing account?

Yes, your existing login details continue to work for now. If that changes — for example during the migration to the new Invrida app — you'll receive instructions in advance.

+What happens to my historical yield data?

The complete historical data of your installation came along in the acquisition and remains available. It matters to us that years of yield insight don't get lost — that's one of the reasons we took over the software.

+Will I get a new app or portal?

Yes. We're rebuilding the MyAutarco app under the name Invrida. You'll be notified in time when the new version is available and how to switch. Until then, you can keep using the current environment.

+Will my inverter keep sending data to monitoring?

Yes. As far as we know, Autarco-branded inverters keep sending data to the platform we now manage. Do your graphs stop updating? Get in touch via hello@invrida.com — we'll look into it.

+What if monitoring suddenly stops working?

Email us at hello@invrida.com with your address and — if you know it — the serial number of your inverter. We'll sort it out. Bear in mind that some issues can't be solved with software (for example a fault in the inverter itself).

+How do I stay informed about changes?

We track the status of the transition on invrida.com. Want updates by email about the new app or important changes? Send an email to hello@invrida.com and mention that you're a former Autarco customer.

Warranty & hardware

+Does my factory warranty on the Autarco inverter or battery still apply?

Honest answer: the hardware warranty ran through Autarco itself and has legally lapsed because of the bankruptcy. Invrida did not take over any hardware activities and is not a legal successor of Autarco — so we cannot handle warranty claims. For warranty matters you'll need to go to the trustee or, depending on the situation, the original manufacturer or supplier.

+What if my inverter breaks down?

In that case, contact the installer who installed your system — they can often supply a replacement inverter or help you find an alternative. Many Autarco inverters were originally made by an external manufacturer; in some cases a specialised installer from our energy installer network can also help. Email us at hello@invrida.com if you don't know who to turn to.

+Can I still get spare parts or replacements?

Not through Invrida. We don't sell, supply or replace any hardware. For spare parts we refer you to your installer or specialised suppliers of solar hardware. For some components (such as string inverters) an equivalent alternative is often fairly easy to install.

+Who is responsible for outstanding warranty claims from the past?

Outstanding claims against Autarco — including warranty claims — fall under the bankruptcy settlement by the trustee. Invrida is not a party to that. The trustee publishes information for creditors via the Central Insolvency Register; you can register yourself there as a creditor if needed.

Installer & service

+Can my original installer still help me?

In many cases, yes. A large share of the installers that worked with Autarco — we now call them energy installers — are connected to Invrida and can keep helping you with service, monitoring questions and expansions. Best to ask your installer directly.

+What if my installer no longer exists?

That unfortunately happens in this market. Send us an email at hello@invrida.com with your address, and we'll check whether there's an energy installer in your region who can take you on for maintenance, monitoring support or expansions (such as a home battery or charging station).

+Who do I turn to for a fault in my installation?

For faults in the hardware (inverter, panels, battery): your installer or a qualified solar specialist. For monitoring issues (no data, app not working, account questions): hello@invrida.com. Not sure which category your issue falls into? Email us and we'll point you in the right direction.

+Does Invrida itself do installation or service work?

No. Invrida is a software company. We build the platform that energy installers use to design, install and maintain, and that gives you as an owner insight into your system. The physical work on your installation stays with certified installers — we'll connect you with them when needed.

Don't see your question? Email us at hello@invrida.com — mention that you're a former Autarco customer and, if possible, include your address and/or the serial number of your inverter. That way we can help you the fastest.

For energy installers

The role of the installer is changing. Today, installing solar panels, batteries, heat pumps and charging points means more than placing individual technologies — it means managing a complete energy chain.

Invrida builds the platform that fits this new reality. One fully brand-independent platform for the entire journey: from design and quoting to installation, monitoring, management and energy control. Work faster, serve your customers better, and stop being tied to the software of a single manufacturer.

What you can expect:

  • Design and quoting tools that match your workflow
  • Monitoring of all systems — regardless of brand or inverter type
  • One clear overview of all your customers and installations
  • A platform that grows with the energy market of tomorrow

Are you an energy installer and want to know more? Get in touch at hello@invrida.com — we will respond quickly.

For homeowners

Do you have solar panels — or are you considering them? With Invrida you see exactly what your installation is doing. How much energy you generate, when your system performs at its best, and what happens if something is off. Clear, reliable and always within reach.

What you can expect:

  • Real-time insight into your installation's yield
  • Alerts when your system deviates or underperforms
  • Historical overview by day, week, month and year
  • Simple app that works on any phone
  • Always access to your data — even years back

Note: Are you an existing My Autarco app user? You will shortly receive a personal message from Autarco's administrator about the transition to Invrida and what it means for you. Haven't received it yet, or have questions? Check the "Former Autarco customer?" section below.
